CHECK IN TIME:
Check-in time is 2:00PM.
If you arrive earlier, we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready.
Guest will be required to present a valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with valid form of identification. Segara Residencias will make every effort to honor special requests (such as a specific floor or room number, adjoining rooms, roll-away beds, refrigerators, crib, etc.) upon your arrival. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests of the hotel who do not follow or comply with the hotel policies.

CHECK OUT TIME:
Check-out time is at 12:00 Noon.
If you require a later check-out time, please let us know before 10AM on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request (an additional charge may apply, depending on availability).

BILL GUEST NEXT NIGHT
We allow late check-out depending on availability with 50% room charge. FREE OF CHARGE late check-out is ONLY UNTIL 1PM. Late check-out until 2PM onwards may be charged of an additional 50% of total rack rate.
Check-out after 6:00PM will be charged as a whole night.

CHECK IN START NEW DAY:
We allow early check-in time (e.g. 6:00AM) depending on availability with 50% room charge.
Check-in time earlier that 6:00AM shall be considered as a whole night charge.

Cooking inside the room are strictly prohibited.
